Our standard shipping methods are UPS and Fedex Ground service. If necessary, we may choose to ship your order USPS Priority based on our discretion. On occasion, we will ship items via DHL.

**Due to the heaviness of some of our wedding favors, we reserve the right to increase shipping rates as necessary. All favor orders, which have an actual shipping cost of more than $15.95 will not be eligible for the $8.95 shipping rate. For example, our glass coaster favors are relatively heavy to ship. Your order would then be charged the appropriate shipping rate determined by UPS. As always, we would contact you first before processing your order to inform you of the substitute shipping rate.
We ship some of the items in our store directly to you from the manufacturer. As a result, your order may arrive in separate boxes. However, you will only be charged one shipping and handling fee as noted during checkout.
If you need your order shipped to a P.O. box, please choose "USPS Priority Shipping" during checkout. However, doing so may cause a 7-10 business day delay in receiving your order. Please Note: If you choose USPS Priority shipping, Before the I Do's.com will not be responsible for any lost packages, damage to your package or timely delivery. Nevertheles, we are more than happy to ship your order via USPS Priority if you so desire. Upon shipment of your order, we will be able to provide you with a confirmation number, but USPS Priority mail does not offer a tracking system.
During the summer months when the temperatures are warmer, edible items and candles may need to be shipped with a cold pack to prevent melting. If necessary, you will be charged for the additional cost of the cold pack. We will send you an email with the updated shipping and handling total before charging it to your preferred method of payment.
Please also note that many of our edible items require expedited shipping. If you select a slower method of shipping for those edible items requiring expedited shipping, we will be forced to update your shipping method as required by the manufacturer. If there is a difference in the shipping charges, we will email an updated invoice to you before adjusting the charges on your credit card.
If, for any reason, you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from UPS or FedEx, you are completely responsible for the shipping for us to re-send it to you. You also agree that this amount will be charged to your credit card. If you move and choose not to inform us, you agree to be charged the fee that UPS or FedEx charges us to process the address correction. You agree not to try to interrupt a shipment and have the shipping address rerouted for any reason. Upon doing so, you will be accountable for the redirection fee plus an extra fee of an additional $10.00.
For orders placed and delivered within the state of Pennsylvania, standard sales tax rates of 6% do apply. All other orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania will not be charged applicable sales tax.
