For All Wedding Accessories and Favors...Please Read this Policy:

Before the I Do's.com guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product we sell, and every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 21 days from the date of purchase (the date in which the order was placed). We will promptly issue a no-hassle refund or a replacement once we receive your returned items. Please kindly note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Unfortunately, we cannot except returned items after your wedding date. All returns abiding by our guidelines must be received before your wedding/special event date. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return when sent via UPS or FedEx.

Our return guidelines are similar to those of bridal boutiques/stores around the country. Unfortunately, all clearance, personalized, edible, custom designed (including custom monogram cake toppers and custom name cake toppers), cameras, headpiece/veil, hair accessories, jewelry, clothing, swimwear and underwear items cannot be returned.

For those orders, which received Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee(s) we had to incur to ship the product(s) to you.

For all returns and exchanges, please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly visible on the outside packaging of the items being returned to our warehouse. To receive an RA#, please email our Customer Service Department at cs@beforetheidos.com. Any returned item(s) without an RA# number will not be valid or accepted. Without a RA#, a refund or exchange will not be issued. All returns must be received by our warehouse via UPS or FedEx. Please do not ship returns via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

The customer is responsible for their returned packages until our warehouse receives them. The customer may choose to insure the package for their own safety. A refund credit will not be authorized if the returned merchandise has been damaged through shipment back to our warehouse.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. It must also be in new and unused condition. Any merchandise returns received not in its original packaging will not be accepted and refunded. All personalized and edible items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. If an error was made on our behalf regarding your order, please contact us immediately. We can then replace the items that we erroneously processed on your order. All clearance items are considered Sales Final. Therefore, these items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

For exchanges, new shipping charges will apply for any and all exchange orders. All shipping and handling charges (or any related charges) on personalized items are not refundable. For those orders, which received Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee(s) we had to incur to ship the product(s) to you.

All returned and exchanged items are subject to final inspection in order to qualify for a full or partial credit refund.

All returnable shoes being exchanged for a different size are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For exchanges, new shipping charges will apply for any and all exchange orders.
