IMPORTANT: During the warm summer months of May - September,
we strongly encourage you to add a cooler/ice pack to your shipment for an additional fee of $10.00. We also strongly recommend choosing 2nd Day Air shipping as your method to prevent your perishables from melting if your shipping/delivery address is longer than 2 business days in transit. Please view the UPS transit map below to determine if your shipping location will take longer than 2 business days for delivery. If you choose standard ground shipping and your shipping/delivery address is further than 2 business days from our location, we cannot be held responsible for melted chocolates/cookies. We are unable to refund orders for melted chocolates/cookies when standard ground shipping is selected. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Other Important Information:
None of our cookie, brownie or cake products contain nuts, nor do the pans we use to bake them ever touch products with nuts. However, the icing we use to apply the images to cookies and/or decorate the cookies, brownies or cakes has a nut allergy warning. It is processed in a factory that makes products with nuts. We always recommend individuals with nut allergies not consume our baked goods as a precautionary measure.
Since our products do not contain preservatives, we recommend consuming them within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase/delivery, Cookies are freezable for up to 6 months. Mini cakes have a shelf life of 4 weeks.
As these are hand-made by our skilled bakers, pastry chefs and decorators, there occasionally may be slight variations between the pictures of this product and the product you receive. However, our quality is second-to-none, and we pay exceptional attention to detail.
Our standard shipping methods are UPS and Fedex Ground service. If necessary, we may choose to ship your order USPS Priority based on our discretion.
