Setup Fee: There is a one-time $35.00 setup fee for making the personalized silk screen. This fee is for one design; if you choose more than one design, there is a setup fee per each design chosen.
Packaging: This item is not individually boxed. It arrives bulk packaged.
Shipping: This personalized glassware item can only be shipped via Standard Ground; it may not be shipped in an expedited manner.
Damages: It is not possible for us to replace damaged pieces on screen printed items. We can only offer a merchandise credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.

IMPORTANT: Due to the weight of this favor, this item is considered a "heavy/overweight" shipment. Depending on the number of glasses ordered, your shipping fee may be greater than our flat-rate standard ground shipping fee of $7.95. Should your shipping fee be greater than our standard flat rate ground fee, we will contact you via email before proceeding with the processing of your order. You may then approve the shipping rate based on your discretion.

Our standard shipping methods are UPS and Fedex Ground service. If necessary, we may choose to ship your order USPS Priority based on our discretion.
