It's crystal clear, beautiful and made of good quality. I just love it. The only minus point is it's too small compare to my expectation. I wish there would be a bigger version of it, say, twice bigger, I'll definitely buy it. Anyway, it still make a good favor for wedding. Just consider the size carefully, it doesn't look as big as it does in the picture...

Miniature Clear Blown Glass Heart Vase

A few of the vases arrived broken, but one call to customer service took care of that. Jen, the customer service rep who worked with me, even called me back personally after hours to make sure that I knew my replacement items were on their way! Wonderful customer service! Will recommend Before the Idos to everyone! Thanks for making my wedding planning a little less stressful!
